BETWEEN Cornerstone Community Bank and Foundry Pattern Service, business is personal. Owner Bill Smith knew Doug Hightshue, Vice President and Relationship Manager at Cornerstone Community Bank, from years past, and that rock-solid relationship became an important business matter in 2011, when the building Bill’s company was in burned down.

“After the fire, I just knew I had to find Doug,” Bill says. “He helped me find a new property and get a loan so we could keep our employees working and our customers happy.”

Foundry Pattern Service develops wood and plastic pattern equipment for the foundry industry coast to coast. They precision build by hand as well as with high-tech, computer numeric controlled (CNC) machinery, and Bill is rightfully proud of the diverse line of quality workmanship his staff develops.

“It’s inspiring to work with people who care about their customers like we care about ours,” Hightshue says.
