CNC Machining for Foundry Tooling
Our CNC machining capabilities allow us to produce precise foundry pattern tooling in wood, metal and plastic. Our programmable equipment helps us manufacture patterns, core boxes and other tooling components to customer specifications.
Our three CNC routers can accommodate work up to 84" × 154", while our HAAS VF4, VF8, VF9 and GM-2 expand our capabilities for metal and plastic tooling.

Our in-house design and engineering team can design pattern toolings from customer drawings with CAD software or reverse engineer your existing tooling using an absolute arm (romer arm) laser scanner.
