Our in-house design and engineering team creates foundry pattern tooling from customer drawings, CAD files, or existing tooling. Using CAD software and an absolute arm laser scanner, we can design new tooling or reverse engineer existing patterns, core boxes, and related components.
We work with wood, metal, and plastic tooling board, combining modern engineering technology with decades of patternmaking experience.
